最近想分享一些以前聽過的歌曲，順便整理自己的情緒：），算是國考生活之餘的樂趣，於是發起了賞析歌曲計畫，不知道會不會有停止的一天，但希望一天寫一首。）應該不太可能啦，但就是個生活中的小確幸

這是一首流行歌，直言不諱地談論自我形象。我想這個議題一直都存在，記得中學時期紙片人模特兒的話題還蠻熱門的，因為如此對身體不健康的狀態被社會推崇，讓許多年輕女性為了達到這種社會賦予「美」的價值，開始節食、減肥、讓自己很苦，為了得到「美」的稱號。

我覺得這首歌詞寫得還蠻中肯的，尤其是三段主歌歌詞，有一種心境變化。「我努力做的這些，有人看到嗎？他們認可嗎？」這是很多人心裡的嘆問，究竟有沒有人愛我？我運動塑身、我濃妝豔抹、我性感秀身材，我揮金如土、我迷金醉紙、我荒淫宴樂。「你們認可我嗎？」最後一段來到一種反璞歸真的感覺，去掉這些外在的裝飾、看進去你心靈的深處，你喜歡你自己嗎？

記得對自己說一聲：「你盡力了，你很棒」，在壓力很大的每一天，認真的同時，別對自己太嚴苛啊～）小編就是深受完美主義戕害啊啊啊QQ
